1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using zephyrvoyages.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
ZephyrVoyages is a tour operator platform that lists hotels, guided tours, and cruise programs from our own catalog and from independent supplier partners, and lets travelers submit booking requests online.
3. Bookings & Reservations
Submitting a booking request through the Site is a request to reserve the selected hotel, tour, or cruise. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from ZephyrVoyages or the relevant partner. Please double-check dates, traveler counts, and contact details before submitting a request.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency listed on each service and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Online payment is not yet enabled on the Site; once available (via PayTR), separate payment terms will apply and will be presented to you before checkout.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies can vary by hotel, tour, or cruise operator and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Until online payments are enabled, no charges are collected through the Site, so cancellation requests should be sent directly to info@zephyrvoyages.com.
6. Partner Listings
Partners submitting hotels, tours, or cruises for listing are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, pricing, and availability. ZephyrVoyages reviews listings before they are published but does not independently verify every detail supplied by a partner. Listings may be edited, unpublished, or removed at our discretion.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false booking or listing information, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
The ZephyrVoyages name, logo, and Site content are the property of ZephyrVoyages or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.
10. Travel Risks & Disclaimers
Travel involves inherent risks. ZephyrVoyages and its partners are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, third-party service providers, or local conditions at your destination. We recommend travelers consider appropriate travel insurance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZephyrVoyages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any booking made through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the relevant booking.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
